Bonjour,
Comme indiqué dans le sujet, lors d'un voyage au Portugal, plus précisément dans le métro de Porto et malgré un ticket valide, préalablement acheté, je n'étais pas en règle.
Du a un système de zones bien trop complexe et trop peu explicite pour un touriste, de surcroît, ne parlant pas la langue.
Après une opposition envoyée par mail au métro de Porto (évidemment refusée). Je me retrouve avec une amende de 60€, majoré a 350€ minimum si je ne la paie pas sous 2 semaines.
Permettez-moi de joindre le mail reçu faisant preuve du refus de mon opposition :

Dear Sir/Madam Antoine,
Following the interpellation of our Agent of Inspection, a fine was issued with number 8010183, which states that you used the services of Metro do Porto without being accompanied by a valid transport ticket, in violation of Law no. 28/2006, of July 4th.
After reviewing the matter in question, we regret to inform you that we are unable to attend the reasons you state and urge you to pay the fine.
It is hereby notified for the payment of a fine, through the means of payment indicated below, thus, for the purposes of payment of the fine, you may settle it until the 23/02/2024.
After that date, this notice shall be forwarded to the Portuguese Tax Authority for the competent fiscal proceeding. In this case, the value of the fine may amount to EUR 350.00, plus costs.

J'aimerais savoir quel pourraient être mes recours et les risques que j'encours si je ne paye pas cette amende, étant de retour en France.
